Update - My Scribbles

Shadow Guardian

My brain is squeezed,
My jaw clenched tightly,
My neck is strained
Near choking,

The dull an poignant pain at every touch,
A reminder,
Of the self control lost,
A memory of why,

Self destructive and despised,
Suffocation and isolation,
Not the world against me
But me against the world,

I seep the light
The joy
The calm,
The bearer of my downfall,
The creator of my fortress,
The bringer of my darkness,
Guardian of my shadows.
